Pre-Purchase Building Inspection

Buying a house is a major financial commitment, so the last thing you want is to move in and then find a major problem that could be extremely costly to rectify and not have the budget to fix. Having a professional conduct your pre-purchase building inspections takes the worry out purchasing a property as it enables you to make an informed decision to alleviate any nasty surprises later.

At the pre-purchase building inspection, our inspector will carry out a thorough check of the inside and outside of the dwelling. This includes any outbuildings or the like and also the ceiling void if access permits.

We encourage the client to attend the pre-purchase building inspection and after we have conducted the inspection, it provides a great opportunity for the client to discuss any concerns and for the inspector to talk the client through any significant items that have been identified.

We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive but easy to read report. It contains photos which makes it easier for the client to identify the area of any significant items together with an explanation detailing its location, what the item is and a recommendation as to what action should be taken.
